Library time is a favorite among students at Countryside. For this reason, the fifth-grade class is focusing one of their community service projects to benefit the school library. Our goal is to add new titles to the library collection as well as replace some much-loved favorites.
Miss Drew, our school librarian, has selected a variety of new books for all grade levels which are on display at the entrance of the library. Showcased are a selection of new carefully selected books which can be purchased by our fifth graders for our library.
| 1 |
We ask children and parents to stop by the school library and choose a book (or two) from the display. There is no outside shopping involved. |
| 2 |
Select a book, fill out a dedication form and leave your check at the school office. Please make out the check to ‘Countryside School.’ |

Suggested donation for each book is $15. |
A plaque with your child’s name will be placed on the inside sleeve of your chosen book. This is a great legacy for our kids as they prepare to leave for middle school.
If you cannot drop by the school, you can send in a donation and Miss Drew will be happy to help your child choose a book. |

Each year, the fifth graders at Countryside have participated in a group project to serve their local community. This year, we are having two projects which directly benefit our school: the Outdoor Classroom and the Countryside Library.
More information on the Outdoor Classroom to come
