About the event
Before the end of the Countryside journey for our fifth-grade students, we create and publishing the yearly 5th grade yearbook, continuing a long tradition. We are so proud of our fifth-graders, and we want to send them off with a yearbook they will cherish forever!
We ask each and every 5th grade parent/ guardian to respond to our requests, send in time, for baby photos/ kindergarten photos (for those kids that have not attended kindergarten at Countryside) candid photos and kids surveys fill out.
