Picture Day

Wear your best smile for Picture Day! You can order any of the available packages to take the memories home with you.

• Everyone is photographed- even if the form is forgotten or you don’t want to order, as photos are used by the school for the 5th grade yearbook, library accounts, and student files.

• Everyone will receive a copy of their class photo even if you do not purchase pictures.

• Coffee Pond continues to take steps to keep staff and students safe. All photographers will remain at least six feet away and there is no handling of paperwork on-site.

• If you choose to order online, great, no need to send anything in.

• If you do not like the picture that comes back, you can have your child retake the picture on retake-day at no additional charge as long as the original pictures are returned. Date to be scheduled.

• The Countryside PTO receives a 15% commission from all sales of picture packages made online or from the paper form by the date of Picture Day (September 27).

• Photo packages will be shipped to the school and sent home with students in approximately 6-7 weeks.

• Orders placed after picture day must be ordered online only and are subject to a handling fee.
