The Countryside PTO offers an online database as a community building resource for families to easily access contact information to stay in touch, for birthday parties, class playdates, etc. This also helps room parents contact all class families.
We encourage everyone to download the Membership Toolkit app to view the directory-on-the-go. And, if your family’s information changes, please don’t forget to update Membership Toolkit in addition to Aspen.
Access to the online directory is free and it can be used by all Countryside families.
Did you know you can check the school lost and found online from home? We update items in the lost and found Google Photo Album every month. You can check the Google Photo Album online here. Lost and Found is located by the flagpole door near the cafeteria. Please reach out to Beth Harmon with any questions.
The Countryside PTO reimbursement form must be filled out for all reimbursements. The receipt or invoice must be stapled to the reimbursement form and submitted to the Treasurer. All reimbursement requests must be submitted within 60 days of the expense, and within the same Fiscal Year. Reimbursement checks will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the reimbursement request.
