Membership Toolkit

The Countryside PTO uses Membership Toolkit as our primary hub for all school-wide PTO communications and room parent communications. Whether it’s a reminder about a spirit day or an invitation to a school event, this is how we keep our community informed.

If you have given the PTO permission to contact you via Aspen during school registration, a Membership Toolkit account will be created for you once you are given a room assignment in August/September. If you start mid year you may sign up for Membership Toolkit as soon as you are enrolled. You can sign in and update your information at any time.

Why Join?

Membership Toolkit has 3 main functions:

1. It's the primary way that the PTO sends email communications.

2. It is the home to the Countryside Online Directory. The directory is the best resource for:

   • Finding class lists: Just sort by class.

• Social Connections: Planning birthday parties, organizing playdates, or finding quick contact info for a classmate or parent.

3. It has a Communities feature to be in touch with your classroom:

   • Room Parents send messages to classrooms using Communities.

   • You can also send messages to the whole class (if they are in Membership Toolkit) without needing a class list. 

Directory Quick Start Guide

The Directory is opt-in. You will be added to the Directory automatically if you gave permission to the Welcoming Committee. If you aren’t already in the Directory, follow these simple steps to get connected.

Step 1: Provide Your Family Information in your Account

Sign up with your information or sign in to make sure your information is up to date.

Please include your student’s name, grade, and classroom if it is not already included.

Step 2: Directory Publish Preferences

Finally, you'll be asked if you want to publish your information in the Directory.

Select YES to be included in the secure online directory. Choose what information you want included.

It is especially important to include your student’s name and classroom to be included in class lists.

We also highly encourage you to share your name and email so other parents can reach you.

NOTE: The directory is secure and accessible only to our verified school community. You have full control over what you share.
